From the parking lot at the entrance of Alum Rock Park, follow North Rim Trail → Todd Quick Trail → Boccardo Trail → Weather Loop → North Rim Trai to reach a paved road. Cross the road and continue along Penitentia Creek Trail, all the way to return to the trail head.

Location: near 15152 Penitencia Creek Rd San Jose, CA 95132. . No street address. Parking area is visible in Google Maps if you zoom in sufficiently.

Directions: From Hwy 680, take Mckee Road going east. Turn left on White Road. Turn right on Penitencia Creek Road and follow this road all the way to park entrance. There is a free parking lot just before the entrance kiosk.
