Trail Maps

» Official Trail Map: Pretty good map showing various trails.

» South Skyline Regional Map by MROSD: Awesome map showing many parks managed by MROSD (Mid-Peninsula Regional Open Space Destrict). Long, interesting routes going through multiple parks can be chalked out using this map.

Route

Route in brief: Follow Franciscan Loop Trail, then Lost Creek Loop Trail. Then follow Page Mill Trail until it crosses over into Foothills Park. Turn back and follow Page Mill Trail → Lost Creek Loop Trail → Franciscan Loop Trail → San Andreas Fault Trail → Franciscan Loop Trail back to parking lot.

Notes: This loop covers all major trails in Los Trancos. Almost all trails are shaded. Portions of Franciscan Loop Trail and Lost Creek Loop Trail are next to creeks, making them quite pleasant. There are too many intersections in this preserve. It is best to take a map with yourself for navigation.
