Hikes in Saratoga Gap Open Space Preserve
1 Jan 2012
Saratoga Gap Open Space Preserve is at the intersection of Highways 9 and 35 (Skyline Blvd). Saratoga Gap Trail (only 1.2 miles long) is a short hiking trail through this preserve. However, by combining trails from the adjoining Upper Stevens Creek County Park and Long Ridge Open Space Preserve, long and interesting routes may be formed. Most of these routes are shaded by tall trees.

Best time to visit: Any time of the year is good since almost all trails are shaded by tall trees. Winters and spring are especially great.
