Hikes in Sibley Volcanic Regional Preserve
1 Jan 2012
Sibley Volcanic Regional Preserve is a small but beautiful park in Oakland. Hikes may go through the adjacent Huckleberry Botanical Regional Preserve.

Best Months to Visit: Any time of the year is fine for Bay Area Ridge Trail and Huckleberry Path as these trails are shaded throughout. However, trails in the north-eastern section of the park are in the open. These include Quarry Trail, Volcanic Trail and Round Top Loop Trail. Avoid these in summers.
