Hikes in Tunitas Creek Beach
1 Jan 2012
Tunitas Creek Beach is a mile-long beach south of Half Moon Bay, CA. The walk from Highway 1 down to the beach is fairly steep. In fact, the last stretch can be negotiated only with the help of ropes, which have been installed for visitors.

There is poison oak along the path to the beach. Tread with care.

In July 2011, the beach did not look totally clean. There were some bottles and litter left behind by earlier visitors.
