Route

Trailhead: Main parking lot of Año Nuevo State Park.

Route: Described in detail in BAHiker article. This is a hike next to the ocean. Small sections of the hike are in sand. Many trails were closed in May 2010, some to protect the seals because they occupied the trails. So call the park beforehand.

Trailhead

Location: Ano Nuevo State Park Rd, Pescadero, CA 94060 . Parking area is visible in Google Maps if you zoom in sufficiently.

Directions: From CA-84 West, turn left onto CA-1 South. Drive for 16.7 miles, turn right onto Ano Nuevo State Park Rd.
