To Los Trancos Trail (2.4 miles): From the parking lot for Los Trancos Open Space Preserve on Page Mill Road, follow Franciscan Loop Trail (0.9 miles) → left on Page Mill Trail (1.5 miles) to reach an intersection with Los Trancos Trail.
Los Trancos Loop (7.6 miles): Turn right on Los Trancos Trail (2.5 miles) to reach an intersection with a paved road. Turn left and follow the paved road for 0.2 miles to Orchard Glen picnic area. Turn left again and follow a paved road for 0.2 miles to Interpretive Center. Walk across the grassy field in front of Interpretive Center and look for signs for Los Trancos Trail. Follow Los Trancos Trail (4.7 miles) to reach an interection with Page Mill Trail.
To Page Mill Road (2.4 miles): Turn right on Page Mill Trail (1.5 miles) → Franciscan Loop Trail (0.9 miles) to return to the trailhead on Page Mill Road.
Location: along Page Mill Road, Los Altos, CA 94022, about 7.6 miles south of Hwy 280 . No street address. Parking area is visible in Google Maps if you zoom in sufficiently.
Directions: From Highway 280, take Page Mill exit. Go 7.6 miles south along Page Mill Road to reach Los Trancos Open Space Preserve
