Trailhead: Parking lot on Isabel Street.

Route: Follow an unpaved trail next to Hoffman Channel, turn left to cross a bridge over Hoffman Channel. Then turn left onto a trail that follows Hoffman Channel, then meanders next to the shoreline until it hits Bay Trail. Turn right on Bay Trail, cross the bridge over Hoffman Channel, then turn right and follow a trail next to Hoffman Channel to return to the parking lot on Isabel Street.

Location: Isabel Street, Richmond, CA 94804 . Parking area is visible in Google Maps if you zoom in sufficiently.

Directions: From I-580 West, take exit 12 for Central Ave, then turn left onto Central Ave. After driving for 0.5 miles, turn right onto Isabel St. Drive for 0.2 miles to reach a large parking lot for Point Isabel.

Capacity: Ample free parking. However, the park is popular among dog owners, so parking may be challenging in peak hours.
