Route

To Ridge Trail (3.6 miles): From the parking lot to the south of Guadalupe Parkway, follow Dairy Ravine Trail (0.9 miles) → left on Summit Loop Trail (0.2 miles) → left on Ridge Trail (0.4 miles) to summit with towers. Continue along Ridge Trail(2.1 miles) until the last hill after which the trail starts meandering down to the residential areas below. Alnog Ridge Trail, one gets amazing views of both sides of the ridge. To the esat lies San Francisco Bay and Daly City. To the west lies Pacific Ocean, Daly City and South San Francisco.

To Parking Lot (4.7 miles): Return by Ridge Trail (2.1 miles) to the summit. Continue along Ridge Trail (0.4 miles) → left on Summit Loop Trail (2.2 miles). Great views of Daly City along Summit Loop Trail, which crosses paved roads three times.

Location: on Guadalupe Canyon Parkway in Daly City, CA 94014 . No street address. Parking area is visible in Google Maps if you zoom in sufficiently.

Directions: (borrowed from Official Park Page)

From Highway 101: take the Bayshore Boulevard/Brisbane exit. Continue on Bayshore Boulavard to Guadalupe Canyon Parkway. Turn west on Guadalupe Canyon Parkway toward the Mountain and go to the park entrance.

From Highway 280: take the Mission Street exit. Go north on Mission Street to Market Street. Turn right on Market street and proceed northeast. At Guadalupe Canyon Parkway, turn right and go eastbound to the park entrance.

Parking: There are two parking lots, to the north and to the south of Guadalape Canyon Parkway. These are connected by Radio Road. Summit Loop Trail is closer to the parking lot in the south. Saddle Loop — Bog Trail is closer to the parking lot in the north. See Trail Map for locations of both parking lots.
