Contra Loma Regional Park is a small park surrounding Contra Loma Reservoir and a swimming lagoon that offers dozens of picnic spots and short hikes around the reservoir. The blue placid water of the reservoir imbues the park with a relaxed atmosphere. Swimming is allowed only in the swimming lagoon. There are dozens of picnic tables next to the lake where many families and groups collect for picnicking.

Best Months to Visit: Any time of the year. In spring, hills are especially green.
