Hikes in El Corte de Madera Creek Open Space Preserve
1 Jan 2012
El Corte de Madera Creek is sandwiched between Highway 35 (Skyline Blvd) and Star Hill Rd in Redwood City, CA. Popular among mountain bikers. The park is criss-crossed by shaded trails. So you can become creative and form your own loops. The ambience is very similar to Wunderlich Park and Phleger Estate.

Best Months to Visit: Any time of the year because all trails are shaded.

Parking: Free parking at Skeggs Point, the most popular trail head. There are several other access points to the park, labeled CM01 to CM10 on the trail map.
