Hikes in Pacheco State Park

Pacheco State Park in Hollister, CA is 20 miles east of Gilroy, a few miles beyond the Dowdy Ranch Entrance for Henry Coe Park. All hikes are in open, offering panoramic views of green rolling hills in spring. There are four lakes in the park: Nun Lake, Diamond Lake, Bear Hide Lake and Dinosaur Lake.

Best Months to Visit: Autumn and spring are best months to visit. In April and May, hills are lush green with zillions of wild flowers.
